Summary
We collect only what helps the site work: technical request data needed to serve pages, optional account details if you sign in to save festivals, and anything you choose to type into forms. When configured, we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that records pageviews and referrers without cookies or personal profiles. It does not capture form contents, passwords, or festival content you type. If analytics is not configured on a deployment, that collection does not run. Advertisement slots exist in the layout but are currently disabled.
Information we collect
- Technical data — standard server and CDN logs (for example IP address, user agent, and URLs requested) used to operate, secure, and debug the site.
- Account data — if you create an account to save festivals, we store the email and credentials needed for sign-in.
- Contact form — the public contact form currently drafts a note in your browser only. Message delivery is not enabled yet, so form contents are not sent to our servers until messaging ships.
How we use information
To operate and secure the site, remember saved festivals when you opt in with an account, and — once messaging is enabled — to respond to messages you send. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising
When ads are enabled, they will be labelled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored” and will not be presented as festival recommendations. Preference controls for personalised ads are not offered today because ads are off.

Contact for privacy questions
Use the contact form and choose topic “Privacy”. When message delivery is enabled, that is the path we will use for privacy requests. Until then, nothing from the form leaves your browser.
